Miguel Barrios completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at SUNY Downstate/Kings County. During residency, he worked closely with the Disaster Preparedness division to design and implement a mass casualty drill and participates in multiple internationalconferences by leading tabletop exercises with focus teaching management of CBRNE events. He is currently continuing his education by completing a Master in Public Health in Healthcare Administration and completing fellowships in both Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Administration.
