Chief of Neurosurgery to Speak at Harvard Global Health Institute

Kudos to Ernest J. µþ²¹°ù³Ù³óé±ô±ð³¾²â, M.D., MPH, MA, on his invitation to participate on April 12 at the ’s Inaugural Global Health Symposium, whose overarching theme is Achieving Global Health Equity through Community Engagement.
Dr. µþ²¹°ù³Ù³óé±ô±ð³¾²â will be a panelist at the plenary session focused on anti-racism and decolonization of global health. Dr. µþ²¹°ù³Ù³óé±ô±ð³¾²â’s participation is primarily based on a recently-published article in PLOS Global Public Health, which he co-authored.
The article, , presents a review and analysis of the historical determinants of neurosurgical inequities as understood by a group of scholars who share Sub-Saharan African descent.
The Harvard Global Health Institute aims to assemble experts from across the globe and within Harvard University to highlight innovative, community-driven approaches to achieve global health equity.
