Facilities Management & Development (FM&D) 

Facilities Management & Development is responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of all of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµâ€™s buildings and grounds, which total in excess of 2.5 million gross square feet. The department is subdivided into three primary divisions: Physical Plant, Design and Construction, and Environmental Health & Safety. Employees within the department have diverse professional expertise in a number of areas including architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, design, project management, code compliance, environmental health and safety, and building services.

James Minto, Vice President of Facilities Management & Development, is a degreed Electrical Engineer and has more than 40 years of experience in managing facilities, such as, nuclear and fossil fuel power plants, pharmaceutical, mission-critical data centers, hospitals and universities.
