Making an Appointment
Medicat
- Please choose either in-person sessions or telehealth when making your appointment. Please note that you must be located in New York state for telehealth appointments.
- Please fill out and upload the intake form and consent form before your appointment.
- We are able to see students outside of regular office hours if necessary. Please email counseling@downstate.edu to schedule.
